User account Control (UAC) notifies you before before any program try to make changes and changes made to your computer are require administrator level access. There is different level of UAC top level is always notify which notify in all condition and low level is Never notify this level is use to disable UAC in windows.
In windows 7 if you put UAC setting to Never notify then it will disable any UAC or administrator prompt. But if you are using Windows 8 even you put UAC setting to Never notify then also windows 8 prompt privilege access prompt for every program that makes changes in your computer.

Disable UAC in Windows 8
- Open Run command simply by pressing Windows key + R. It will open run box then Type Secpol.msc and press enter it will open Local security policy.
- Then click on the Local policies tree it will enlarge the tree. Then click on security options tree under Local policies tree.
- Then search for User account control : Admin Approval Mode for the built in Administrative account policy.
